We currently only accept direct transfer payments whilst we work on setting up the site to accept Credit Cards.

Online Accounts

Forgotton Password

Just click on the forgot password link before signing in to your account and we’ll send you an email with details on how to reset it, if you're still having trouble, reach out to us via the contact us page.

Changing Account Details

Just login to your account and go to your account dashboard. You’ll see all your account details listed and have an option to ‘edit’ if necessary.

Please Note: Editing your address in your account WILL NOT update the Shipping Address on any orders that have already been created.

You will need contact us for that!

Cancellations

If your order or item hasn’t been shipped yet, then yes we can. However, if your order has already been shipped then unfortunately we’re unable to cancel it. Some items are able to be returned so once your order arrives, feel free to email us for further information.

We cannot be held responsible for the actions of anyone using this website who is under 18 years of age. If your angry parent contacts us about your underage activity on this site, we will dob.
